Loading and unloading activities is one of the activities that support the smooth flow of goods at a port. Loading and unloading activities has several processes such as: stevedoring, cargodoring, receiving, and delivery. In the loading and unloading activities, companies that perform loading and unloading activities required its part to facilitate the flow of goods. Smooth flow of goods can be achieved if the implementation is supported by skilled human resources and the use of loading and unloading equipment are adequate. If any of these are not met, it will cause not smooth flow of goods. As a result of the flow of goods among other not smooth losses that could reduce revenue for the company so that the wages received by employees and workers lessened. When this occurs in the long term it will result in reduced performance of the employees so that the loading and unloading activities may not run smoothly. Keywords : Loading and Unloading Process
