Abstract
Optimization of Medical First Responder (MFR) at Sea as First Aid for Accident Victims Accidents can happen anywhere and can affect everyone and therefore we must be able to do the first aid technique, which is known as the MFR (Medical First Responder) so that we can reduce casualties so that they do not become fatal and take lives. According to statistical data it is known that 80% of all accidents that have occurred are caused by human fatigue due to not understanding how to handle accident victims. In order to be able to add knowledge and insight on how to first aid and what is done handling victims at sea. As a scientific equipment that already exists and provides understanding to cadets / cadets and the general public about the importance of MFR procedures and mechanisms as a means of first aid in a ship accident. Methods in helping people come from relief agreements, victim assessments and how to lift and move victims. Equally important, the authors include procedures for what if an accident occurs on the ship that must be immediately informed, and how to deal with it when there are victims falling into the sea of MOB (Man Over Boat).
