Abstract
One step to maintain or improve work productivity can be done by evaluating work productivity and carrying out a series of improvements to always improve the quality of work with several factors so that the company grows and excels in competition, or at least can still survive. These factors include the quality of communication, collaboration and trust, In this study three research variables will be analyzed, namely the quality of communication, teamwork and trust as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely work productivity. The formulation of the research objective problem and the hypothesis in this study was to analyze the positive and significant effects partially and simultaneously between the independent variables namely the quality of communication, teamwork and trust in the dependent variable namely work productivity. In this study the object taken is the employees of PT. Indonesian Port III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were 130 respondents who were employees of PT. Indonesian Port III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch Semarang. Data collection is done using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a partial positive effect between the quality of communication on work productivity t count (3,209)> t table (1,97867), team collaboration on work productivity t count (3,786)> t table (1,97867) , trust in work productivity t count (5,912)> t table (1,97867). And for a simultaneous test (f test) the results obtained f count (63.538)> f table (3.92), which means there is a significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable.
