Abstract
The background in this research is increasing visitors in Mall Kudus. The increasing visitors in Mall Kudus step by step will make a change about parking area. About that this research to analize signification tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness(X3) and empathy (X4) to customer satisfaction(Y) of Mall Kudus who use motorcycles parking area. This research to know how far signification tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), empathy (X4) to customer satisfaction(Y) of Mall Kudus who use motorcycles parking area. The problems, destinations, and hypothesis in this research is to analysis parstial signification between independent variable it is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy to dependent variable it is customer satisfaction. In tihis research the object is someone who use motorcycle parking area in Area Parking Mall Kudus. The data sourchs are primer datas and sekunder datas. The samples in this research are 100 responden and use techni nonprobability sampling Based on result of research and analyisis regression get result : Y = 1,676 + 0,229X1 + 0,291X2 + 0,187X3 + 0,212X4 + µ. The result of regression show that there is partial signification between tangible to customer satisfaction (t count + 2,805 > t table = 1,98525), reliablity to customer satisfaction (t count = 3,372 > t table = 1,98525), responsiveness to customer satisfaction (t count 2,992 > t table = 1,98525) and empathy to customer satisfaction (t count = 3,010 > t table = 1,98525) Keywords: customer satisfaction, tangible, reliability, responsiveness and empathy.
