Abstract

The process of loading goods into containers (stuffing) is an activity related to exports, with this activity often the loss of goods or goods left behind have not entered the containers even the goods are damaged so that consumers are disappointed and hurt the company and consumers themselves, so with the existence of a study of the process of stuffing and maximizing in loading that is intended for the company so as not to experience errors that make consumers feel disadvantaged by that PT. Rimo Transport Expressindo is more careful by placing employees in the field of experts and responsibilities, on the other hand can also help when the process of loading into the container many consumers who protest about it, the firm attitude is how to process safely by using the checklist method on incoming goods on the container and following the steps of the container until the fumigation process and also using the optimal loading system which arranges according to the type of load or specific gravity of the load, it can be concluded that the stuffing process must be locked to the accuracy of employees and maximizing the load entering the container.
