Abstract

The role of sea transportation very important and strategic to connect islands and can reach the seluru whole area through sea waters But it will also open sources of life for economic people wide open and more evenly distributed throughout the Indonesian archipelago do not escape loading and unloading services container. Delivery volume of goods use containers through the Tanjung Emas port greatly increased from year to year. Delivery of goods with containers allows items to be combined merged into one faster operating time, effective and efficient. This research aims to know and analyze how much influence is variable independent employee performance, loading and unloading facilities quality of service to dependent variable service user satisfaction on PT. Semarang Container Terminal. Number of samples in the study numbering 80 respondents which is often used as a service user satisfied with the services of PT. Semarang Container Terminal. Based on multiple linear regression analysis results are obtained Y = 3,436 + 0,235 X1 + 0,663 X2 + 0,263X3 + µ Partial test results of employee performance, loading and unloading facilities, and service quality have a positive and significant effect to service user satisfaction. Proven by results comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a comparison of significant levels 5% (0,05) where the variable employee performance is t count (2,343) > t table (1.99085) with a significant level 0,007 < 0,05, variable loading and unloading facilities t count (4,700) > t table (1.99085) with a significant level 0,001 < 0,05, variable service quality t count (3,417) > t table (1.99085) with a significant level 0,006 < 0,05. R2 test, employee performance, loading and unloading facilities and service quality give a significant influence to service user satisfaction as big as 58,2%, while the rest 41,8% explain by the existence of causes the other is beyond the variable model that has not been studied.
