Abstract
The main discussion in the writing of this Paper is about the quality of ship services and speed in the process of loading and unloading domestic using the ETOS system by Pt. Prima Nur Panurjwan Jakarta which is one of the loading and unloading companies of PT. Samudera Indonesia Group. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely, ship service in the loading and unloading process, the role of ETOS in the loading and unloading process, the superiority of ETOS in loading and unloading activities, and the constraints of using ETOS in the loading and unloading process. The writing of this paper has the objective to determine the service of ships in the process of loading and unloading containers, knowing the role of ETOS in the loading and unloading process, knowing the advantages of ETOS in the loading and unloading process, knowing the obstacles of using ETOS in the loading and unloading process. Based on data collection carried out during land practice (prada), the author uses several methods namely, observation, interview and document analysis. The results of this paper are the quality of good ship services and the use of ETOS in the process of loading and unloading domestic containers at PT. Prima Nur Panurjwan can greatly help operational performance and also improve service productivity and service time effectiveness if it can be applied properly.
