Abstract
Loading and unloading is the job of unloading goods from ship to dock / barge / truck or loading goods from the dock / barge / truck into the ship to being arranged in the ship's hatch by using a ship crane or land crunch. Loading and unloading activities are carried out at the port or loading and unloading terminal. The purpose of container loading and unloading activities is very important, namely to encourage the achievement of logistical integration nationally and evenly in urban areas and in rural areas. In order to achieve logistical integration nationally, it is expected that all logistics activities throughout Indonesia, both between regions and between islands, can operate effectively and efficiently and become a unity that is mutually integrated nationally within the territory of Indonesia. By using several methods of data collection, namely by interviewing and from several documents. To realize this goal, loading and unloading activities must be supported by a clear and capable administrative process. With a clear and uncomplicated process, administration can be a controlling way and loading and unloading work system to be effective and efficient so that shared goals can be realized.
