Abstract
Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as workload factors, leadership style, organizational culture and work environment. All four have an important role in improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of workload factors, leadership style, organizational and work environment on employee performance Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Ngawi either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the population is Dinas Perhubungan Ngawi employees numbering 100 people. In this study is expected to obtain a result which illustrates that employee performance is influenced by workload factors, leadership style, organizational culture and work environment. Based on the analysis with SPSS statistical tools Ver 23.0, obtained equation of multiple regression model research is Y = - 2.040 + 0,269.X1 + 0,357.X2 + 0,214.X3 + 0,312.X4 + μ The results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the workload factors on employee performance (t = 3.337> t table = 1.985), leadership style on employee performance (t = 3.483> t table = 1.985), organizational culture on employee performance (t = 2,610> t table = 1.985), the work environment to employee performance (t = 4.830)> t table = 1.985). Simultaneously the influence of workload factors, leadership style, organizational and work environment together have the effect of 47.369 F count> F table 2,47. The influence of these four variables is very strong with a coefficient of determination (R ajusted Square) obtained for 66.2% of the performance of employees and 33.8% are influenced by variables that were not detected in this study.
