Abstract
This study discusses the quality of services, facilities, and corporate image that opposes passenger loyalty in using the transportation services of the Ciremai Express Railway. The population used in this study is that using the Ciremai Express Train. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents and the technique used was a Non-probability sampling technique using accidental sampling (sampling based on results). The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with multiple regression analysis: validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing through t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on this analysis, a regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + µ Y = 1.674 + 0.217X1 + 0.308X2 + 0.394X3 + µ Where the passenger loyalty variable (Y), service quality variable (X1), Facility variable (X2), and corporate image variable (X3). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the independent variables namely service quality (X1), facilities (X2), and company image (X3) which prove to be proven positive and significant influence a variable called Driver Loyalty. In the determination coefficient test (R Square) the Adjusted R Square value of 0.546 means that 54.6% of the variable variation in passenger loyalty can be accepted by the free variable service quality, facilities, and corporate image. While the remaining 45.4% was approved by other causes outside the variables considered. Keywords: Service quality, Facilities, Company image, Passenger Loyalty.
