Abstract
The increased needs of the community road transport services will trigger the growth of transportation business in the form of Company Otobus. The increasing mobility of the community forcing consumers choosing alternative Otobus from various companies. Every company must win the competition with otobus attract consumers to use his services. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence between the dependent variable independent of variable. With a population of passengers from a bus PO Honey Kismo and captured as many as 100 samples of respondents. With the techniques of non-probability sampling the Sampling Quota types, using a detailed questionnaire data collection, data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques include test validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, and testing the hypothesis. This research helped by SPSS data though program 23.0 From the results of the research there is a relationship between variables with variable, hypothesis testing using t-test showed that a third of the free variables, namely service (X 1), facilities (X 2), the price of the ticket (X 3) who researched proved to be influential positive and significant influencing variables are bound, namely the decision of the passengers (Y), with ne facilities (X 3) have the highest influence on other variables in influencing factors of decision. On the determination of the coefficient of test (R Square) value of Adjust R square of 0.489 meaning that 48.9% variation of the variable factors of the decision of the passengers can be explained by the variable free service, facilities and prices. While the rest i.e. 51.1% is explained by causes other than the variables examined. Keywords: Services, facilities, ticket prices and Passenger
