Abstract
In this study analyzed the five research variables are quality of service, promotion, price and place as independent variables that affect the dependent variable that is the interest to buy train tickets. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of the research and the hypothesis in this research is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between independent variables ie quality of service, promotion, price and location to dependent variable that is the interest to buy train ticket. In this study the object taken is a passenger at the train executives Ciremai Department Of Semarang-Bandung. passenger train Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this research is 100 respondents who are passengers at the train executives Ciremai Department Of Semarang-Bandung. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression techniques and with statistical tools SPSS 22.0, based on the results of research and analysis of data generated regression equation : Y = 0,153 + 0,198X1 + 0,147X2 + 0,367X3 + 0,287X4 + µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and partially significant influence between the quality of service on the interest of buy train ticket (t calculate = 2,621> t table = 1,9853), promotion of interest in buy train ticket (t calculate = 2.039> t table = 1,9853), price of interest to buy train ticket (t calculate = 4,379 > t table = 1,9853) and location of interest to buy train ticket (t calculate = 3.528 > t table = 1.9853) while coefficient of determination Get R square value equal to 0,528 thus 52,8% interest to buy train ticket explained by 4 variable, while the rest 48,2% is influence of other variable not included in this research. Based on the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the price was in the first place of the four variables that influenced the variable buying interest of the train tickets for the Semarang-Bandung route, then the difference in the frequency of the customer trips to the Ciremai train caused by differences in sex, age, occupation and income Keywords : Quality of Service, Promotion, Price and Location to Buy Interest of Train Ticket.
