Abstract

Boiler is a closed vessel to form a vapor pressure greater than one atmosphere by heating water boilers that are in it with the hot gases from the combustion of fuel. A boiler must be equipped with tools that can help performance so that the operation of the boiler running safely and smoothly. Boiler must work efficiently with sense should be able to produce steam as much as possible with the fuel consumption to a minimum. Therefore the boiler construction must conform to the standard rules of the factory so that the heat from the fuel must be numerous and can be absorbed by the water boiler to produce steam. To achieve this, the construction of boiler is build by arranged pipes that separate water and hot gases that heat up the water
