Abstract

Employees at the station tawang PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is inseparable from the effect of work stress. The author conducted research using the method of field research, literature research. In this study the author tried to get answers from the issues raised. Identification of the problem consists of how the physical environment stressors, individual, group and organizational form of work stress, whether the stressor is impacting the performance of employees at PT Kiaracondong Station. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), and which is the most stressors affect the performance of employees at PT tawang Station. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Employee performance is influenced by various factors including compensation, work discipline and work stress. All three have an important role in influencing employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence or compensation of work, discipline and work stress partially on the performance of employees of PT. Railway Indonesia Persero Semarang Tawang Station. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents who were employees of PT. Railway Indonesia Persero Semarang Tawang Statio. by using incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the analysis the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = -2,777 + 0,271 X1 + 0,253 X2 + 0,708 X3 + µ From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing employee performance is work stress with a regression coefficient of 0.708. R2 (Adjusted R Square) test results obtained at 0.749 or 74.9%, which means that employee performance is influenced by variable compensation, work discipline and work stress while the remaining 25.1% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in the study this.
