Abstract
This study has purpose to know the analysis of quality service, price, company image at the BRT Trans Jateng Semarang. Data sources is include primary and secondary data. The samples in this research is 100 respondents of passenger in the BRT Trans Jateng Semarang. Data collection is done buy observation method, library study, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique by first tested trought questionnaire test (Validity and reliability) and test of classical assumption (multicollate, autocorrelations, heteroxia, normality). Result of analysis with statical tools SPSS V.20 program obtained multiple linear regression equation. Y= 0,576 + 0,239 X1 + 0,448 X2 + 0,239 X3 + µ Show that, based on empirical data (result of quessionnaire filling) and result of multiple linear regression equation shows that Quality Service variable (X1) has value tcount 2,705 > ttable 1,984 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Price variable (X2) has value tcount 3,191 > ttable 1,984 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Company Image variable (X3) has value tcount 2,534 > ttable 1,984 then, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results showed there was a positive influence between Quality Service, Price, and Company Image to the Passenger Loyalty.
