From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is the incentive variable with a regression coefficient of 0.326. And the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square = 0.617) means 61.7%, the coefficient of the work experience variable, working environment, work load, and the incentives that affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 61.7% while the rest (100% -61.7% = 38.3%) is influenced by other variables outside the research or outside the regression equation model.
