Abstract
Employee performance is the end result of work from the process that has been carried out by an employee in a certain period, using ideas and efforts to achieve the company's work goals. This study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation, and work discipline partially on the performance of employees at PT. Prima Nur Panurjwan Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees at the port of the Multipurpose Nusantara Pier (DSN). The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with a type of sampling that is sampling quota. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of training, motivation, and work discipline have a partial effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 0.539 + 0.209X1 + 0.184X2 + 0.495X3 + e. From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing employee performance is a work discipline variable with a regression coefficient of 0.495 with an Adjusted R Square test of 0.604 or 60.4% which means that employee performance is influenced by training, motivation, and work discipline 60.4% and other factors that affect employee performance in addition to the factors studied are 39.6% Keywords : training, motivation, and work discipline
