Abstract

In this study, the background was the decline in On Time Performance at the General Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. With the increase in the intensity of flights that continues to increase in 2018 compared to previous years, the airport management will gradually improve this. This study itself aims to find out how far the influence of flight intensity, human resources, and airside capacity on the flight departure time (on time performance) at General Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables namely flight intensity, human resources and airside capacity on the dependent variable namely the on time performance at the General Airport Ahmad Yani Semarang. In this study the object taken was Semarang General Ahmad Yani Airport employees. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents who were employees of the General Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang through probability sampling techniques namely using Slovin. From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables namely Aviation Intensity (X1), Human Resources (X2), and Airside Capacity (X3) are examined to prove only Human Resources variables (X2) and Airside Capacity (X3) which have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable On Time Performance (Y). Hypothesis testing uses the f test that only two independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the On Time Performance variable, in the test of the coefficient of determination (R Square) the value of Adjust R square is 0.773 meaning that 77.3% of the dependent variable On Time Performance can be explained by independent variables are flight intensity, human resources, and airside capacity. While the remaining 22.7% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Keywords : Aviation Intensity,Human Resource,Airiside Capacity,On Time Perfromance
