Abstract

Employee Performance is influenced by several factors including Leadership, Teamwork and The Decipline Work. Of the three, it has an important role in improving performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was influence of Leadership, Teamwork and The Decipline Work on the Performance of Employees Apron Movement Control in PT. Angkasapura 1 (Persero) Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport. In this study the population of the study were employees Apron Movement Control in Semarang Airport with sampling systems with 44 respondents (samples). Variables in the study consisted of: Leadership (X.1), Teamwork (X.2), and The Discipline Work (X.3) and bound variables namely Employee Performance (Y). Data collection method used is by questionnaire method. The results of the analysis with the SPSS V.24 program statistics tool obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y = 0,533 + 0,398X1 + 0,268X2 + 0,287X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership on employee performance (t count 2,773 > t table of 2.01954), Teamwork on employee performance (t count 2.376 > t table of 2.01954), The Discipline Work employee performance (t count 2.105 > table of 2.01954), individually Leadership, Teamwork and The Discipline Work influence employee performance. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the coefficient (R Square) obtained by 51,9% on employee performance and 48,1% influenced by variables not detected in this study.
