Abstract
Customer is an important factor on the survival of a company. Company problem at this time, company didn’t know how much is level of customer statification, if the company still continue with this situation, the company cannot know the next strategies to grow up the company, there so many factor who connected with customer such as Trust, Facility and Service Quality. The formulation of the problem for this research are, research objectives and hypothesis in this study was to analyzed is there a positive influence between independent variables : trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable namely customer. In this study the object are customer of PT. Ayutrans Utama Jakarta. Sources of data include primary and secondary data. Samples in this study was 80 respondents where taken using a technique sample jenuh where all of the population are sample. Based on the result of research and analysis prodeced multiple equation : The result of multiple linear regression quation shows that are is a positive influence and partial significant between (t hitung = 4,902 > t tabel = 2,64034) trust (t hitung = 2,958 > t tabel = 2,64034) facility (t hitung = 3,191 > t tabel = 2,64034) service quality effected customer satisfaction.
