Abstract

For every person who works or in a work group, performance is always expected to always be of good quality and quantity. To get the results themselves must be supported by work discipline, work experience, leadership emotional intelligence, and supervision. Problem formulation, research objectives and hypotheses in this study were to analyze the influence of independent variables namely Work Discipline, Work Experience, Leadership Emotional Intelligence, Control of dependent variables, namely employee performance. The sample in this study were 138 respondents who were employees of Daopiv Semarang. Technique analyzing of is a technique linear regression multiple. Based on the research done and analysis multiple produced equation: Y = 3,016 + 0,115.X1 + 0,313.X2 + 0,267.X3 + 0,128.X4 + µ The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a partial positive effect between work discipline on employee performance (tcount 2,194> t table1,9779), work experience on employee performance (tcount 5,788> t table 1,977), leadership emotional grief towards employee performance (tcount 5,142 > ttable 1,977) and supervision of employee performance (t count2,490> ttable 1,977). Whereas for the feasibility test model (F count 45.915> Ftable 2.44). The influence of the four research variables is very strong with adjusted R2 = 0.567 correlation value. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, work experience, leadership emotional intelligence and supervision influence 56.7% of employee performance and 43.3% are influenced by research variables that are not detected in this study.
