Abstract

Maintenance and Operation of Anchor Machine in KM. KALIBODRI Windlass machine is a ship docking device to the bottom of the water, in the sea, river or lake so that the ship can not move due to wind, current or wave. An anchor engine with hydraulic power drive is an anchor machine that is widely used in commercial vessels because this type of propulsion is very flexible and inexpensive in the maintenance and repair. The purpose of writing this paper is to know the wrong damage to the anchor machine one of them on the O-ring is often torn because caused by high hydraulic system pressure and replacement O-ring that does not fit the manual book, causing the O-ring to be torn to overcome it O-ring must be replaced in accordance with the original. After the O-ring is replaced in accordance with the manual book anchor machine can work with the maximum is evidenced by the hydraulic machine pressure reaches 310 bar.
