Abstract
SYSTEM CARE AND REPAIR STARTING VALVE IN KM. PERMATA HATI According to H. Nurdin on the starting valve for the ship's parent machine, either 4-stroke diesel or 2-stroke air to power the engine, the air is produced from an air compressor and housed in an air reservoir. Working pressure for air starts from 25 - 30 bar. According to SOLAS, it is for a direct-driven machine without a gear box to be distarted 12 times without filling again, while for machines with gear boxes can be distarted 6 times.Starting a valve on board has a profitable advantage to start the engine. So the need for checks and maintenance for performance remains maximal. One factor can not help but fill the bottle with a valve that can not be sustainable. The imprint that appears on the machine is not possible when the air of the pedestrian is already mensapply. With the existing conditions performed checks and routine maintenance on the starting valve in order to work with the maximum.The results obtained from this study are the first to be able to fill the wind vial with minimal air (20 bar) that has been in tetunkan in the manual, with the problem on the pipe must be often in the ceck or in krontol so that the distributor pipe can supply the air smoothly .
