Abstract

A good resources, work productivity from an available employee can be improve and realize by the adaptation,. Human capital is the important thing which participate on decide in a goal of the company, therefore human capital should be managed well. It become the responsibility from the management/leader of the company. Therefore, company organization should be able to create a good scheme, arrange the strategy and also coordinate all the component of the company in generally and employee in particularly. Human capital is defined as the economic value of human resources related to ability, knowledge, ideas, innovation, energy, and commitment. Normative commitment means that employees show moral responsibility of employees to stay in the organization / company. A leadership style is behavior that is liked by leaders in the process of directing and influencing workers. Employee performance is the result of work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him. By result of research and multiple analysis result formula: Y = - 0.157 + 0.346 X1 + 0.204 X2 + 0.427 X3 + μ Show that, based on empirical data (result of questionnaire filling) and result of doubled linear regression show that human capital variable (X1) has value tcount 4.296 > table 1.98793 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Normative commitment Variable (X2) has a value of t count 3.078> table 1.98793 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Leadership style Variable (X3) has a tcount of 5.904 and table of 1.98793 then, H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the results showed there was a positive influence between Human Capital, Normative Commitment and Leadership style to the employee results.
