Abstract
Analysis of cracks in cylinder heads at TB Bima 35 Pt. Jasa Armada Indonesia The cylinder head cracks are caused by three factors, including : the fatigue factor of the material from the cylinder head, the lack of cooling in the cylinder head. The occurrence 0f aftershocks in the cylinder head (detonation). Maintencce to avoid cracking the cylinder head iss recommended to replace the cylinder head according to working hours. Maintenance hours of the cylinder head are in accordance with the engine maintenance in the manual book, which is 5000 working hours, the benefits of maintenance and repair of the cylinder head. Key words : Cracks ,Cylinder Head.
