Abstract

This research aims to understand and explain the influence of the variable service quality, price perception, passenger trust, and corporate image on passenger loyalty of KM. Kirana 1 with Semarang-Sampit route. KM. Kirana 1 is the ship who operated by PT. Dharma Lautan Utama branch Semarang. This research is using questionnaire as data collection tools. The data processing for this research uses SPSS Outpur Version 23. The result by research and doubled linear regression result formula : Y=-1,813+0,188〖 X〗_1+ 0,277〖 X〗_2+0,226 X_3+0,288 X_4+ μ Based on empirical data (result of questionnaire filling), result of doubled linear regression show that service quality variable (X1) shows the value of t count 4,231 > t table 1,9825 with level of significance 0,000 and that’s means H1 is accepted. The price perception variable (X2) shows the value of t count 3,719 > t table 1,9825, with level of significance 0,000 and that’s means H2 is accepted. The passenger trust variable (X3) shows the value of t count 3,621 > t table 1,9825 with level of significance 0,000 and that’s means H3 is accepted. The corporate image variable (X4) shows the value of t count 4,074 > t table 1,9825, with level of significance 0,000 and that’s means H4 is accepted Keywords : Passenger Loyalty, Service Quality, Price Perception, Passenger Trust, Corporate Image
