Abstract
In this study analyzed five research variables service quality, facilities, and brand image as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely the interest of passengers. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of the research and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely service quality, facilities, and brand image of the dependent variable, namely the interest of passengers. In this study the object taken was passenger ship KM. LAWIT. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were passengers of KM ships. LAWIT. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression techniques and with SPSS 22.0 statistical tools, based on the results of research and data analysis resulting in the regression equation: Y = 0,328 + 0,082X1 + 0,449X2 + 0,321X3 + µ The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant partial effect between service quality on passenger interest (t count = 2.07> t table = 1.984721), facilities for passenger buying interest (t count = 5.490> t table = 1.98472), and brand image of passenger interest (t count = 4.363> t table = 1.98472) the influence of the three research variables is very strong with Adjiustted correlation value = 0.051. Keywords: Service Quality, facilities, and brand image of passenger interest in KM. Lawit
