Abstract
The injector is one of the most important parts of the main enjine. The injector is a tool to complete blasting fuel into the main enjine cylinder. This author's background is how to maintain injectors on auxiliary machines. This is because maintence of the injector is not in accordance with the procedure set. The purpose of writing this paper is to know how to maintain injectors. maintenance the injector and the causes of the injector and how to disassemble and adjust. So that problems can be identified and diagnosed so that the injector can be handled. The method used by the author in compiling this paper uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by the author through direct observation of the injector and through interviews with the chip engineer. Secondary data is obtained through office PT. JANATA MARINA INDAH ,Chief Engineer , maintenance management books and company data. Based on data obtained by the author. Overhaul and adjustment of injectors is done by overhauling. The injector maintenance fuel injection. Factors causing damage to the injector due to lack of regular maintenance. Keywords: maintenane system , injector, auxiliary machine.
