Abstract

Effort Of Maintenance And Repair The Turbocharger To Icrease The Function Of Main Engine In TB. Patra Tunda 4201 PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental Turbocharger is one of the auxiliary machines that support the engine that produces pressurized rinse air and supplies the air to produce cylinders of the combustion chamber for the manufacturing process. Some problems that occur if the turbocharger is not discussed properly such as the exhaust exhaust temperature rises, the exhaust gas exhaust is black from the chimney, and increases the pressure of the rinse air that enters the combustion chamber using the ship. In this case, the author's goal is to make repairs and maintenance of turbochargers on the smooth operation of the main engine. The result of the turbocharger perwatan is that the temperature stabilizes so that the main engine does not heat up quickly and increases and increases the level of damage to the engine of the ship and increases the cost efficiency that is incurred for the operation of the ship and can be used for production machines and other machines.
