Abstract
this research is basec on the fact in the field the service provided and facilities that exist there is very influental to the satisfaction of the service users so that the service provided should be better and maximum so that it is created customer satisfaction that transports or travels a the area using public transport mode. this research aims to analyze the satisfaction of service users to the service at the terminal penggaron semarang. factors that cause consumer satisfaction and how to solve the problem of consumer satisfaction. unavailability of forms and lack of maximum service to be one of the causes of dissatisfied consumer, so good service and also its facilities should be fixed such as no counter queue and facilities such as public toilets should be fixed so that service users satisfied. the population used in this research in the user of the service terminal of semarang penggaron. the samples in this study were as much as 100 respondents and the techniques used were non-probablity sampling with purposive sampling techniques. questions are given using questionnaires consisting of closed questions and open questions. respondent answers to closed questions and open questions. the respopndent’s response to the closed question of the variables examined in the study was subsequently analyzed through SPSS version 16 in the get multiple regression equation of any research model= 1,868+0,233XI+0,264V2+0,296X3+µ and f or test results simultaneous 91.626 > 2.70 and the results of this research simultanesously have good value. keywords: service users, location, service, facilities
