Abstract
In the study analysis of three variables of research analysis of service, facilities and security. As an independent variable that influences variable dependence, namely satisfaction of shipping agents. Formulation of the problem, the aim of the researcher and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely: analysis of service, facilities and security on the dependent variable, namely satisfaction of shipping agents. In this study the object taken was a shipping agent in the Class II Kijang Port Authority and Port Authority Office, Riau Islands. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of research and data analysis the regression equation is produced: Y = - 0,208 + 0,363. X1 + 0.373. X2 + 0,250. X3 + µ The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant effect between service analysis on satisfaction of shipping agents (t count 4.6611> t table 1.661), facilities have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of shipping agents (t count 3,634> t table 1,661 ), security has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction of shipping agents (t count 3,634> t table 1,661). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation value R2 shows the number R Square of = 35.9%. And 64.1% of cruise agent satisfaction is influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study. Keywords: Service Analysis, Facilities, Security.
