Abstract
Optimization of Cargo Pump Maintenance and Repair to Support Loading and Unloading at Mt. Eternity xlvii Cargo pumps are auxiliary aircraft that are used to pump liquid loads out of the cargo tank. The function of the pump is to disassemble the load, disassemble the remaining load / drying and tank washing, ballast and deballasting. The effective capacity of a pump is affected by the resistance of the pipe and the shell, the velocity of the flow, Viscosity of the charge fluid, the distance to the reservoir and cavitation in the pump. The purpose of writing is to find out the damage that occurs in the cargo pump, maintenance and repair of the cargo pump, and how to deal with damage to the cargo pump. After repairing the performance of the pump operating properly can be seen from the pump pressure of 6 bar, bearing lubricating oil is replaced every 600 hours of work. Flexible coupling fastening bolts are always checked before and as difficult as the pump operates, after maintenance and repair of the mechanical seal leaking the pump speed returns to normal 1700rpm.
