Abstract
Fuel Oil purifier on board is one of the auxiliary machine owning role of vital importance to separate fuel, mud and water. The function of this fuel is to support operation of main engine for the perfect combustion. This research is conducted on MV. PULAU WETAR. SALAM PACIFIC INDONESIA LINES company during twelve months. Source of data which was data the obtained is obtained primary data was direct the than research place by direct interview and observation with Chief Engineer along with all crew and engineers, document and also literature related to this paper. The result of this research indicate that there is a stucking at body bowl hole with screw and the indicated main seal ring can cause the damage to activity of purifier. This is marked by abnormally purification of process at F.O. It is suggested that to keep the cleaning of screw hole and set the main seal correcty on the right position Keywords: Analyze, over flow, purifier
