Increased public demand for transportation transportation involving the Otobus Company. Increased community mobility encourages customers to choose alternatives from existing Otobus Companies. Each automotive company must win the competition by attracting consumers to use its services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between independent variables on the dependent variable. Pahala Kencana majors and taken as many as 100 respondents. With a non-probability sampling type Quota Sampling, data collection using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis techniques complete the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. This study is supported by the SPSS 23.0 data sports program From the results of research related to the independent variables with the variables received, testing the hypothesis using the t test shows the facts of the independent variables namely customer value (X1), service quality (X2), facilities (X3) which have proven to be positive and significant. Y), with facility variables (X3) having the highest influence on other variables in influencing customer satisfaction factors. In the test of the coefficient of determination (R Square) Adjust R square value of 0.589 means 58.9% variable variation. While the rest is 41.1% approved by other reasons out of the variables taken.
