Abstract
The results of this study indicate that the Brand Image variable, Ease of Access, and Service Quality. partially and simultaneously affect customer loyalty. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = 0.597 + 0.341X1 + 0.333X2 + 0.153X3 + µ Multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on customer loyalty (tcount 3,803> table1,98472), ease of access to customer loyalty (tcount 2,281> t table1,98472), service quality to customer satisfaction (tcount 1,782> ttabel1,98472), individually. And together (brand image, ease of access, and quality of service) have a positive and significant effect on (customer loyalty). From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing customer loyalty is the brand image varabel with a regression coefficient of 0.341. With the R2 (R Square) test the results are 0.564 or 56.4% which means that customer loyalty is influenced by Brand Image variables, Accessibility, Service Quality which is equal to 56.4% and other factors that influence customer loyalty are 43.6% .
