Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as Perception Of Organizational Support, Work Supervision, and Work Environment. Of the three have an important role in improving performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the influence of Perception Of Organizational Support, Work Supervision, and Work Environment on employee performance in PT. Pelindo III Cabang Tanjung Emas Semarang either partially or simultaneously. In this research, the research population is employees of PT. Pelindo III Cabang Tanjung Emas Semarang with sampling number of 100 respondents (samples). The variables of this study consist of: Independent variables of Perception Of Organizational Support (X1), Work Supervision (X2) and Work Environment (X3) as well as Dependent Variables Employee Performance (Y). Data collection method used by questionnaire method. Results Analysis with statistical tools SPSS v.23 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 1,687 + 0,306 X1+ 0,334 X2+ 0,167 X3 + µ. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence individually or partially between the Perception Of Organizational Support on employee performance (t count 3.820> t table 1.98447), Work Supervision on Employee Performance (t count 4.754> t table 1,98447) and Work Environment on employee performance (t count 2,145> t table 1,98447), simultaneously Motivation factor, Leadership and Workload have positive and significant.
