Abstract
PT.BahteraSetia Semarang Branch of shipping companies engaged in ship agency and demolition wood logs and coal. PT.BahteraSetia Semarang Branch duty to provide ships and goods services , operational processes and ship service systems in Bahtera goods starting from the groove ship berthing process of unloading goods from ships and up to the ship leaves port, information technology is needed for the activities of ships and the goods can be presented accurately and easily. PT.BahteraSetia Semarang Branch also has established procedures for servicing ships and goods in order to service ships and goods can be minimized both in the creation of documents and goods services. System service procedures freighter in PT.BhteraSetia starting from the ship arrived at the port of destination. Then make a clearance in which proposed to the harbormaster and pelindo berth for the determination and request pelindo scouting services. Service ship that makes a clearance out were submitted to the harbormaster for the ships departure. Ship services such as document processing document and crew aboard ship during berthing puposes.
