Abstract
Writing is motivated by more developed and the developing world of business today, the shipping company is required to expand its business. One way is to open a company agency tankers at ports. In that effort, PT. Pertamina (Persero) Region IV Semarang branch trying to increase efforts in the field of shipping and airport service users as possible so that the trust and satisfaction of consumers as users of services will also be maximized. Therefore, shipping companies, especially those engaged in PT. Pertamina (Persero) and Marine fields that have received the designation of a central ship agency, would act as an agent to serve the needs of the ship while in port special PT. Pertamina (Persero). This research was conducted at the branch office in the Division of Marine PT. Pertamina (Persero) Region IV, Jl. Pengapon 14 Semarang. In this case PT. Pertamina (Persero) Region IV The new branch aims to serve the marine transportation services to be an agent to meet all the needs and requirements of vessels from all the existing barriers are concerned with the agency and so forth. In this study, data were collected by a questionnaire tools to office presentations, which aims to determine the respondents to each variable. The analysis methods include methods of observation, Study Documents, Library Literature, Interviews, Media Electronics, and Methods Questionnaire. Of the method can be helpful in the writing of this paper smoothly and well. Keywords: Shipping Agency Services Handle Vessel MT. Senipah In Marine Operations Division PT.
