Abstract

The purpose of writing this Essay is to know how the actual booking process containers, which fit like field. In the process of booking container authorities to carry out this task is EMKL (Sea Cargo Ship). Initially EMKL comes to container depots for container booking payments and payments seal container. After payment of the EMKL will get the EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) that contains the type and size of container were booked. After that EMKL come to the field depot to bring EIR is then given to the field of container depot to find that as stated in the EIR itself. At the stage of making a container, the container depot will examine whether it is feasible or not the container for the loaded goods. In the examination phase itself, the container should not be experiencing three things: the container is not in a state of smell, cavities, and also rusty. After the container through the stages of examination and declared eligible for the goods loaded the container depot will provide EIR out to EMKL informing it that deserves to be loaded goods container. Furthermore the EMKL told trucking to transport the empty container to exit the container depot area and head for the exporter to make the process of stuffing the goods. *Keywords: booking process and export of goods.
