Abstract
Papers is motivated to seeing the position of Indonesia as an archipelagic island state against other countries in the world especially in the fields of commerce, sea transport and port role very important and strategic. The port is first function a chain of transport or the meeting point of the mode of transportation actually performed by the terminal.Terminal is a key element and part of the port to service the ship and carryor loading and discharge of stowage or passengers.Loading and discharge of stowage at the port is an activity in work activities as a down of stowage from ship to shore / barge and up the stowage from the shore / barge to the vessel.The purpose of this study which to obtain data on the procedure of working by PT. Puradika Bongkar Muat Makmur before the arrival of the vessel to the ship's readiness to conduction a coal loading, loading foreman's scope of work in the procesing of coal loading, procudure to handling services are not appropriate in terms of quality or quantity is not sure. This research was conducted at PT. Puradika Bongkar Muat Makmur di Taboneo anchorage loading point .In this research data were collected by a questionnaire tools on the presentation of the office, which aims to know the response of respondents of each variable.The analysis include methods of covering observation methods, study documents, library literature, interview, electronics media, and methods questionnaire.Of the method can be helpful of writing a piece of writing this with smoothly and well . Keywords: Process Services Coal Loading M.V. Lady Kadoorie Using Floating Crane and or Floating Transfer Unit / Conveyor By PT. Puradika Bongkar Muat Makmur in Banjarmasin.
