Abstract

Loading and unloading activities at PT Multi Sentana Steel is one of the activities that support the smooth flow of goods at the port of Cilegon Banten. Loading and unloading activities perose has several activities including: setevedoring, czrgodoring, receivind and delivery. In the loading and unloading activities, stevedoring companies sued role for memperancar flow of goods. Smooth flow of goods can be achieved if supported by the implementation in skilled human resources and the use of loading and unloading equipment are adequate. If any of these things tida met, it will hinder the flow of goods demolition. As a result of the flow of goods between judgments ketidaklancaran yanag losses can break down revenue for the company.
