Abstract
PT. Nilam Port Terminal Indonesia is one of company which provide for terminal warehouse handling of container service and container storage in port. Technology of information is very necessary to make it easier, faster, and accurate base on the companies procedure. The purphose of this research are to explain and understanding about terminal warehouse handling standart operational procedure in Tanjung Perak Surabaya. This research is use observation and documentation method, observation method it means that we do the research by analize visual directly about the procces in TPKN in Tanjung Perak Surabaya and the last we use documentation method we search and collect the data from the book and companies documentation. The result of this research is the performance of PT. Nilam Port Terminal Indonesia to make easier of loading and unloading process is very statisfied, because they always use the correct procedure. Key words : stevedoring, receiving, delivery.
