Abstract
KSOP Class II Cirebon is a Technical Implementation Unit within the Ministry of Trasportation, which is under and responsible to the Director General of Sea Transportation. KSOP Class II Cirebon commissioned to carry out surveillance and law enforcement in the field of safety and security of shipping, coordination of government activities in the harbor as well as setting the control and supervision of port activities in the port, in trying commercially. KSOP Class II Cirebon also have a procedure that has been set for the service of arrival and departure of the ship, both in manufacturing and services document the arrival and departure of the ship. Service process of arrival and departure of ships in KSOP Class II Cirebon starting from Agent/Shipping Company told the plan arrival of the vessel, after the ship arrives notify report the arrival and departure of ships (LK3), and after the ship completed the loading and unloading of goods and then take care of the ships departure. So that the process of arrival and departure of the ship can run smoothly, quickly and safely should KSOP Class II Cirebon further improve service and disciplining an employee or officer relating to the arrival and departure of ship that all activities run smoothly and safety is maintained. For users of port services should adhere to the established procedure in KSOP Class II Cirebon so that the service can be performed well.
