Abstract
This research aims to pinpoint which process the agency handling coal ship from the ship will enter the port to ship out of the harbor. The methods used by the author, the holding of field observations, interviews, discussion and bibliography. This research was conducted in PT.Nusantara Shipping Line Branch of Semarang, in the company of handling pross coal ship agency include: handling before the ship arrives, handling when the ship arrives, when the ship arrives handling, handling after boats sail out. The results show that the writing PT.Nusantara Shipping Line Branch of Semarang, play a role in the handling of Clearance Clearance in and out ships and the handling of the documents of the ship dead validity period, as well as addressing the needs of the ship and its crew.
