Abstract
As an archipelago, the maritime area is a strategic region with a variety of comparative and competitive advantages it has thus the potential to become a prime mover development of the national territory. Even historically show that these maritime areas have served as a community center for a variety of physical and geographical advantages it has. To optimize the value of benefits for the development of maritime resources in a sustainable region and ensure broad public interest (public interest), the necessary policy measures and special handling by the Government for the management of maritime areas. College of Maritime and Transport "AMNI" Semarang engaged in education. Facilities planned include care facilities, education, training, simulation, training building, sports, auditorium.
