Abstract
Basically PT. Persero Batam has a role as service provides of facilties in cargo handling, those are loading and discharging. This paper’s made to know how the process of cocoa’s discharge in Batu Ampar port of Batam. The metode of this papers using qualitative research. From this study. Dischage process by PT. Persero Batam in Batu Ampar Port of Batam. Often found problems, like bad weather which distrub discharge process. In rainny season, dischage process shouldbe done out of the rain , the prevent the goods broken. Keyword : Stevedoring, Disclosure, Unloading Tool, Document.
