Abstract

One of the factors that influence the success rate of an organization is the employee's performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, especially the performance of the loading and unloading employees is individual characteristics, communication and work environment. This study aims to analyze whether there is a positive influence individually between the variables indevenden individual characteristics, communication and work environment conditions to variables devenden performance employees dismantle smoothly in the port of gold tanjung Semarang. The sample of this research is 100 respondents of loading and unloading labor in Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The technique of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis Y = 1,868 + 0,271 X1 + 0,252 X2 + 0,375 X3+ µ The result of multiple regression research shows that there is a positive influence partially individual characteristics to employee's performance (tcount 3,101> ttabel 1,984), communication to employee performance (tcount 3,173> ttabel 1,984) and work environment to employee performance (tcount 4,334> ttabel 1,984) . The influence of the three research variables is very strong with adjusted Adjusted R2 = 0.504 Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Communication, Work Environment and Employee Performance.
