Abstract
PT. Bahtera Setia Semarang Branched is a shipping company enganged in ship agency and unload cargo of logs and coal. Oprasional system and service process start from the ship berthing, the process of unloading cargo from the ship to leave the port. Purpose for recognixe procedure from ship agency who concerning in ship agency and recognize their problem. PT. Bahtera Setia Semarang Branch start when the ship arrive in destination port and submitted clearance in to KSOP and PT. Pelindo for the determine berth place and permit for scouting service to PT. Pelindo. The last service is submitted clearance out to KSOP for ship departure. As a result the method use about : observation, Interview, Library method and ship agency and good procedure. In order that servicing ships and goods process work fluently, quickly, and safe, it prefer that PT. Bahtera Setia built up their facility who need and make employee more descilpline to carry out in order to maintained their activity. Customer should obey the procedure system already determine in PT. Bahtera Setia in order to receive good system. Kata Kunci : Proses keagenan : Pelayanan clearance in dan out kapal
