Abstract
Stevedoring company in the field of activities in the field providing stevedoring services to facilitate the flow of goods both domestically and abroad especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Because of the need for a loading service role in the smooth flow of goods in commerce trade world as it is today, to meet these needs stand stevedoring companies are managed by private parties or government that one of them is the stevedoring company PT. Multi Sentana Steel engaged in loading and unloading. Stevedoring company in charge of and responsible for the implementation of activities during the loading and unloading on the basis of agreements that have been agreed in the meeting or work contract agreement signing in the work order. The author is very interested to know to what extent the system and implementation of loading and unloading them in completing the work so that safe and appropriate, therefore the condition of the goods is not much damaged even no damage to the goods so as to facilitate the flow of loading and unloading of goods at the port, to have this result to conform to the planned from the beginning that the recipient or owner of the goods were not disappointed. It will give its own assessment of the other party to provide more jobs to the stevedoring company.
