Abstract
Dwi Setiawati. 135110082. (KTI 2016). Proses Penanganan Dokumen Pabean. Oleh PT. Persero Batam di Pelabuhan Batu Ampa-Batam The background of this study is the importance of the role of PT. Persero in the delivery process of ceramic, since in this case state-owned company acts as a link between the parties involved in the delivery of goods ceramic FTZ port area. The formulation of the concerns expressed in this research were 1) Explain what the purpose of the customs-free / FTZ, 2) The role of stakeholders in the management of customs documents in Batam, 3) Dokemun that is required in the processing of customs documents in Batam 4) Process completion of customs documents in Batam. The purpose of this study was 1) to determine what documents are in need in the activities of the maintenance process dokummen customs, 2) To know the parties involved in the processing of customs documents, 3) to determine the completion of customs documents in Batam, 4) to determine ytang in the mean-free zone (FTZ). The research is a qualitative source of primary data and secondary also where researchers conducted direct observation of the object under investigation in this case Persero as SOEs carry out maintenance Delivery of goods such as ceramics from PT. Mulian Industrindo Tbk, and the secondary data researchers obtained a lot of information not only from direct sources, but also through a book that contains theory delivery and also the relevant documents in the event. In collecting the data in this study using four methods once the method of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Based on the results of the study concluded that in the shipping of goods ceramics, limited company has an active role from the goods handed over to the state-owned until the goods arrive at the destination country. In addition to the documents required in the shipping of goods ceramics are also complex from the beginning to the end of the delivery process. Parties - parties and institutions involved in the handling of customs documents is increasingly addressing the role and function of the state-owned company in the world of global shipping.
